Premium Domain Service is an AIT initiative to remind customers to renew their domains in a timely fashion and avoid the redemption/restoration cycle. Customers subscribing to this service will receive two phone calls, one at minus 30 days and one at minus 15 days, as well as additional emails reminding them to renew. Other Registrars charge up to $35 per year for Domain Registrations with this type of service – with AIT the service costs you a mere $3.99 per year for a domain registration in addition to your low registration fee. AIT will make every reasonable effort to contact you to renew your domain before it expires. It remains the Customer’s responsibility to keep phone number and email address contact information updated.
